Our law firm was appointed either by the Privatization Agency or by perspective buyer in more than 20 privatization procedures. The most of privatization and restructuring projects included Legal Due Diligence, settlement of creditor-debtor relationships between the companies and their creditors as well as different sale procedures e.g. sale of capital and/or assets through methods of public auction and/or public tender and drafting of sale documents (IM, ITB, SPA).

We were engaged as legal advisor to one of the bidders in the privatization procedure by method of tender of two tobacco companies in Serbia and advised different international clients in acquisition of local companies through auction sale procedures.

We are advising the Bankruptcy unit of Privatization Agency of Serbia on legal aspects of international claims in bankruptcy procedure of the major local building company.

Engaged in the project financed by the European Agency for Reconstruction in monitoring of 300 sale-purchase agreements concluded between the Serbian Privatization Agency and the respective buyers that purchased companies through auction.
