Jovan Crnogorčević

Throughout his career, Jovan developed his legal skills as an Attorney at law at international and domestic reputable law firms, representing major corporate clients on the Serbian market.

In the course of his 10+ years' practice, Jovan participated in some of the most significant projects in the region, representing international and domestic companies in the automotive, construction, energy, real estate, IT, and retail sectors, as well as leading investment funds and banks.

Jovan regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment and labour law, including the engagement and termination of employees, salaries and employment benefits, relationships with trade unions and negotiations of collective bargaining agreements.

Jovan advises clients on all aspects of public procurement procedures. He gained extensive experience by advising clients in more than a dozen public procurements and tender procedures.

He is an author of the 2019 and 2020 Serbian chapter of the International Comparative Legal Guides for Public Procurements.

Jovan is fluent in English and conversant in French.
