Jelena Tomić

Jelena has worked for over 10 years in the local judiciary system. She served as a judge associate in the Second and Third Municipal Courts, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, and as an advisor in the Court of Appeal.

Jelena possesses the highest level of expertise in carrying out efficient general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including developing and executing litigation strategies in front of local courts in various commercial disputes, enforcement proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and decisions, intellectual property disputes, labor related disputes, etc.

Jelena provides legal advice on a regular basis relating to the drafting of various types of contracts, legal opinions, due diligences, claims and other necessary documents during the litigation and other court related proceedings.

Jelena has provided comprehensive employment law related advice for a number of clients ranging from the drafting of employment contracts to full sets of internal employment regulations of companies.
