BIT Law acted as legal advisors to the sellers, Ivancic i Sin Pharmacy Chain, in the transaction with Dr Max

BIT Law successfully advised sellers on the sale of the Ivancic i Sin pharmacy chain to Dr Max in Serbia. NKO Partners represented the buyer in this transaction.
Based in Belgrade, Ivancic i Sin operates nine retail pharmacy units, marking another strategic acquisition for Dr Max in the Serbian pharmaceutical market.
This deal continues Dr Max’s expansion in Serbia through a series of acquisitions, with BIT Law establishing itself as a trusted legal advisor in the pharmaceutical sector. Earlier this year, the BIT Law provided counsel on similar high-profile transactions, highlighting its experience and deep industry knowledge.
