New covid 19 measures for entry to Republic of Serbia for business reasons came into force on January, 21st, 2021.

At the initiative of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Government of the Republic of Serbia allowed foreign and domestic citizens, who enter the country for business reasons, to cross the border and enter Serbia, without having a negative PCR test, by notifying the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in advance, and then, within 24 hours of entry into the country, obtain and submit a negative PCR test or antigenic test for the detection of SARS-Cov-2 virus. The new rules came into force on January 21st , 2021.

The request should be submitted in writing, on the company’s memorandum and at least 48 hours before the date of entry into Serbia. The request must contain the following information:
• name and surname of the person coming to the Republic of Serbia
• passport number and name of the country that issued the passport
• business reasons for coming to the Republic of Serbia
• date and border crossing of entry into Serbia
• flight number / car registration number, etc.
• address and duration of stay in the Republic of Serbia, contact phone, e-mail
Please note that this information does not apply to persons coming from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia who, based on previous decisions, can enter Serbia without a PCR test.
